Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and experienced print designer to become a special addition to our team. Prior print design experience in the fashion print studio is required. You will be designing original artwork using variety of media from drawing, painting, screen-printing, computer design etc. within studio’s creative and technical parameters.

Qualifications

The designs are based on CAD, and computer skills are essential (Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency is a must). It is a freelance position, remote, therefore must be able to follow creative direction and work independently. Must possess great creative initiative, individual style; understand market trends and being able to create commercially viable, yet innovative artwork. You must have strong color sensibility, drawing and painting skills, ability to identify and build on creative directions. Must be fashion savvy and love prints. Must have ambition to design for sophisticated high-end labels. Must be organized, punctual, and professional. Must have creative integrity (no copying!)

Compensation: Full time - Freelance position, commission based
